Services Q&A

  • We offer baby rentals, special events décor, pre-arrival bar stocking, and concierge experiences such as private chefs, wellness services, and boat reservations.

  • We primarily serve San Juan and nearby areas. Contact us for requests outside our main service zone

  • We recommend booking as early as possible. For bundles and custom requests, at least 2 weeks before arrival is strongly recommended.

  • Yes. Services are coordinated directly to your vacation rental whenever applicable.

  • Not always. In many cases, we can coordinate directly with the host or property manager if access is available.

  • Some services may be available for hotels depending on access policies. Contact us before booking.

  • Yes. Guests often combine baby rentals, décor, stocking, and concierge experiences for a seamless stay.

  • Absolutely. We welcome custom requests and will confirm if we can accommodate them through trusted partners.
